William Skinner dee. (deceased) to Charles Copper

March 21st

To 3 month hyre of negro man at $50 per year $12.50

Queen Annes County to [illegible] March 28th [illegible] then come Charles Copper before me a justice of the peace of the state and for the county [illegible] and made oath on the holy evangels of Almighty God that the above account is just there as stated and that he has not [illegible] indirectly secured any thing in pay [illegible] or satisfy action for the same.

March 28th 1814 the above act ree [received] in full by Charles Copper
